At Bagclo, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of your delivery date. To be eligible, items must be in their original, unused condition (backpacks must be in original packaging; dresses must have tags attached and be unworn).
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect product, please contact us immediately at support@bagclo.shop. We will handle everything for you by covering all return shipping costs and providing a full refund or a swift replacement at zero extra cost.
3. Change of Mind
For standard returns based on personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We believe in honest pricing, which is why we charge £0.00 restocking fees.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
- Refunds: Once your returned item is received and inspected at our facility, your refund will be processed within 2 business days directly back to your original payment method.
- Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, please email us within 24 hours of placement. We will issue a full refund immediately, provided the item has not yet been handed over to the courier.
