To keep your Bagclo gear and apparel looking pristine and performing at its best for years to come, please follow these specialized care guidelines.

1. Waterproof Commuting & Business Backpacks

Our backpacks are engineered with high-density, weather-resistant fabrics and sealed zippers. To preserve their technical waterproof coatings and structured shape, avoid machine washing or harsh detergents.

Daily Maintenance & Spot Cleaning

• Light Soil & Dust: Wipe the exterior fabric gently with a clean, damp microfiber cloth using lukewarm water.

• Stubborn Stains: Mix a few drops of mild, dye-free dish soap or neutral detergent with warm water. Gently scrub the affected spot using a soft-bristled brush or cloth. Wipe away all soap residue with a fresh damp cloth.

• Interior Lining: Empty all compartments, pull the interior lining outward where possible, and vacuum out any crumbs or debris. Wipe down the lining with a damp cloth if needed.

Drying & Storage

• Air Dry Only: Always allow your backpack to air dry completely in a well-ventilated indoor space or shaded outdoor area. Never put your backpack in a clothes dryer, as the high heat will melt or compromise the internal waterproof lining and damage the padded tech compartments.

• Avoid Direct Sunlight: Do not dry or store your backpack in intense, direct sunlight, as prolonged UV exposure can fade the light grey fabric over time.

• Storage: Store your backpack completely dry in a cool, uncompressed space to maintain its structured professional shape.

🚫 What to Avoid: Do not dry clean, machine wash, iron, or bleach. Avoid chemical solvents or abrasive scrubbing pads that can strip away the specialized water-resistant barrier.

2. Women's Apparel (Maxi Dresses, Tiered & Shirt Dresses)

Our dresses are crafted from premium, lightweight fabrics designed for comfort, fluid movement, and an elegant drape. Proper washing preserves the vibrancy of the prints and prevents fabric shrinkage.

Washing Instructions

• Check the Label: Always consult the specific care tag sewn inside the garment for exact fabric compositions.

• Preferred Method: We highly recommend hand washing in cold water or using a gentle/delicate machine cycle with similar colors.

• Wash Inside Out: Turn your dresses inside out before washing to protect delicate stitching, buttons, or vibrant patterns from friction.

• Detergent: Use a mild, pH-neutral liquid detergent. Avoid fabric softeners or bleaching agents, which can degrade the integrity of fine garment fibers.

Drying & Fabric Care

• Line Dry: Hang dresses up to air dry immediately after the wash cycle finishes. Lay tiered or heavier maxi dresses flat on a drying rack to prevent the wet weight from stretching out the shoulder straps.

• Do Not Tumble Dry: Avoid the tumble dryer to prevent unwanted shrinkage or fabric friction that leads to pilling.

• Wrinkle Removal: Use a garment steamer on a low-to-medium setting for the safest and most efficient wrinkle removal. If using a traditional iron, set it to a low heat/silk setting and iron the dress inside out with a protective pressing cloth between the fabric and the iron.
